1. Sugar Free Atta – شوگر فری آٹا

Normal atta blood sugar spike karta hai. Sugar Free Atta specially formulate kiya gaya hai diabetics ke liye. Low GI hone ki wajah se ye blood sugar slowly release karta hai.

2. Gur use Karein, Cheeni Nahi – گڑ استعمال کریں

Sone se pehle: Ispaghol husk + pani
