Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Eligible for Return

• Products received in damaged condition
• Wrong product delivered
• Products with quality defects
• Expired products (if applicable)

Not Eligible for Return

• Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Orders placed more than 7 days ago

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund or replacement. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchange

We offer free exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Simply contact us and we will arrange a replacement delivery at no additional cost.
